How to start apache2+mysql+preload on initng?

Hi, i have installed initng, now i'm not able to start apache2, mysql and preload on boot. Is there a commando to do this?

I have already tried to add it on /etc/init.d/bootmisc.sh but doesn't work because initng doesn't use init.d (right? )
