How to start a program after login

can anybody tel how to run a program or automatically execute a prg(executable file) after login.... pls guide me with som example...

Just add it to the bottom of your (hidden file) .bash_profile in your home dir

i am new to this script... for eg .if i want to execute mozilla as soon as i login...

/usr/bin/mozilla
should i include only ths ...
