how to share todo list app between users

I use korganizer and kjots to store to-do lists. Up until now I was the only user on this PC (Debian etch). Recently I have been convincing my wife to also use Linux. I set her up as a separate user to avoid 'conflicts'.

We would like to share the data stored in korganizer (to-dos, calendar entries, etc) between users. I cannot find how to set up korganizer with a 'public' list.

Is this possible?

Is there another app that can accomplish this?

I think that the best way to do this would be to create a new group. Make you and your wife members of this new group. Then change the ownership of all files that you want to share to user:newgroup. Set the permissions of the shared files to 660.
