How to set sendmail before maile send out?

After change with sendmail, I can not find the function that sent all outgoing mail (through the server) to a desired mail a/c.

In POSTFIX, I just need to click on the BCC before sentout.

But not any similiary in sendmail.

I have more the one hundred user in the server, it would
be terrible to .forward in each user's home directory. Also aliase is not a good for me.

Any simple or good idea to set SENDMAIL (I am using Sendmail version 8.13.4) forwarding function.
