I don't use Mozilla, but based a quick search on google, came up with this off of a yahoo mailing list:

"> Is there some way to set Mozilla (and the mail reader) to open at
> this zoom level as a default?

Not the zoom, but you can set a minimum font size in Appearance for each
encoding. It might help you."

hey preswang
The webpages displayed by
netscape and mozilla run on linux are very small compared to those
displayed by the windoze versions. forcing the larger font sizes breaks
display of drop down menus in frames, making many sites unusable, as
opposed to "next to unusable".

In Mozilla, I tend to set the minimum Maximun size

Edit -> Preferences -> Appearence -> Fonts -> Maximun font size

This makes sites w/8 point fonts easier to read at 1600x1200 ;-)

There is probably a similar setting for Netscape

hope works
