How to send web page to the user browser through squid proxy

Hi,

I'm using squid proxy in my office. People connect to the wireless router and behind that Red hat squid proxy with authentication .

I need to send a default web page to anyone who connects to my network when they open the browser bypassing their default homepage set in the browser after authentication. Is such a setup possible with squid proxy server. Or can you suggest any other alternatives?
