Smile how to reload grub

Dear friends, please help me out , few days back , i have installed Windows XP in my PC and then fedora 9, after that i again install Windows 2003 Server, after that XP is removed but i could not find the grub here, so how to get the grub so that i can access the Fedora9 and Windows 2003 Server both

Boot a live CD.
Mount the Fedora 9 partition.
chroot to the Fedora 9 partition
Use the grub-install command to install grub on the MBR.
shutdown and reboot
