how to reinstall ns2.31 on fedora 12

when i run any tcl scrip the error: ns command not found appears.
how to solve the problem

Welcome to LQ.

cd ns-allinone-2.31/ns-2.31/ ; su ; make install

If 'ns' is present, it will be copied to /usr/local/bin/
and thus always be in a system PATH.

Be warned Fedora 12 hit it's END OF LIFE over a year ago when fedora 14 came out , and 14 is also end of life .
There have not been ANY updates nor security fixes for 12 in a VERY long time .
using the dead 12 is NOT RECOMMENDED and can be hazardous .

If you are going to use fedora them please stay current and install the CURRENT and supported fedora 16
