Umm, could you pad your question a bit? There are more than a handfull ways to get on a kernel panic, so, a little more than this could help us help you...
Some things come to mind: bad memory, trouble that arose in an upgrade, bad/deteriorating had drive...

If you cannot get out of this, there may well be a simple way to recover your data and do a re-install...just dont play around if you dont know exactly what you're doing....
