How to read dhcpinfo.dat generated by linux.c32

Could anyone tell me how to read the contents of the dhcpinfo.dat that is generated during PXE boot by linux.c32? I cannot find any tool or documentation.

I can break into the ram disk and it seems the dhcpinfo.dat file is a binary.
