Do you mean keyboard language? If so, kcontrol -> regional & accessibility -> keyboard layout -> enable keyboard layouts.

Dear,
I followed your path but it is not exist, so I went to similar
control center ---> keyboard ---> layout ---> the I add arabic but no icon shown in desktopbar.
I am linux opensuse 10.1 gnome
pls advice

Oh, sorry. I mainly use KDE and don't know how to do this in GNOME.
