How to properly configure mail server on CentOS 6.3?

Hi all,

I've recently changed my dedicated server so I had to install web server, mail server, ftp services on the new one.

I had CentOS 5.2 on the old one now I have CentOS 6.3 and I installed postfix, dovecot and squirrelmail.

I've configured it using this guide http://blackonsole.org/centos-6-postfix-and-dovecot/ but I encounter a problem.
The server is receiving messages locally, and it can send messages to other mail servers. I tested it on gmail and the message from my server is received.

But when I try to send the message from gmail to my server, I don't get the message.

Maybe there is a problem with configuration of postfix , dovecot or squirrelmail or maybe my DNS records are not good.

Everything worked fine on my old server but now It gives me a headache.

Please tell me where did I mess things up.

Thanks in advance!
Best Regards!

I've solved my problem!

The problem was in /etc/postfix/main.cf

I had duplicate entry of inet_interfaces.

so I comented the bad one:
Code:
#inet_interfaces localhost
the only left was
Code:
inet_interfaces all
Hope this solves someones problem!

Best Regards!
