how to open *.chm format file in linux

Hi All,

I have some *.chm files in windows,

Now i want to open this *.chm file in Linux Redhat Enterprise 3,

So please somebody help me how i can open it....

I have one more probelm

I have some rar files in windows and now i want to extract this file in Linux Redhat Enterprise 3,

So please somebody help me how i can extract it....
