How to move space from one partition to another?

The default allocation puts 12Gb in /home and 33Gb in /usr. I'd like to reverse those numbers, putting 33Gb in /home and 12Gb in /usr. How can I do this?

ALSO: When I create a new directory in the root (which will be named '/home2') how can I indicate that it should be allocated in the same 33Gb partition as /home is?

Hey man, real good way to not makes friends....

Please do not post the same thread in more than one forum. Picking the most relevant forum and posting it once there makes it easier for other members to help you and keeps the discussion all in one place.
