How to move kmail mails from one system to other?

The problem is like this

I have ~/Mail/ dir which has all my mails.
I use Kmail for viewing mails.

Now I copied the entire ~/Mail dir to other system and tried opening it using Kmail

The folders are shown properly
But when I click on any message it says

No subject and the mail contents are not displayed.

Note: I have alsi copied .kde/share/config/kmailrc file to the new system.

Kindly give me some pointers

I'm not sure if this would help you but you could try what I did to move from one Kmail to another, different version and differenf distro that is .... it worked for me so I hope it will be useful to you too ...

Yeah thanks for that.
I tried evolution and was able to get back the mails.
But i`ll tranfer them to kmail.
