It is not windows. it es mint with debian as I said above

When you share is mounted by nautilus, run
Code:
mount
to see what options nautilus uses to mount the share and use them in your command or /etc/fstab.
Or you can try:

mount -t cifs -o sec=none //192.168.0.192/newexpbackup /mnt/newexpbackup
