How to mount a new fat32 partition

Hi guys,
if i want to move my files from linux partition to my windows ntfs partition there is a failure, i can't write on it, i just tried to do it in root but it wasn't working.
So i've made a fat32 under windows with partition magic but it doesn't appear in linux. How can i make a new mountpoint on this fat32 partiton or better how can i write and copy files in my ntfs partition?

Thanks, IceOnly...

You probably won't be able to write to ntfs. You will have to
mkdir, mount it, and edit your fstab. A search ( mount a new fat32 partition) will give you 286 posts with a lot more detail. Hope
this helps.
