How To Make up2date Automatically Update

I am running CentOS 4.4. How do I make up2date automatically download and install updates? Currently I have to login and look at the icon, if its a red exclamation mark, then I have to manually run the update check and install the updates.

How can I make up2date automatically download and install the updates without my interaction?
