How to make programs start on boot...

Hi all! :)

I am using Mandrake 9.0 with KDE 3.0.3. I have Kleardock and would like it to start when KDE does so I don't have to keep opening it manually. How would I go about doing this?

Thank you very much in advance!

When KDE starts and when your system boots are two different things...

There is a file, I forget the name of it... that tells KDE what to do when it is first started... Also, is this something that you want to run just under one user account or under all of them???

I just want this to run under one user account. I only have two, User and root. If it has to run under all of them, then that's ok too.

Try putting it in /home/YOURUSERNAME/.kde/Autostart

See if that works...

Brilliant idea JaseP! I put a link to it in the KDE Autostart folder and rebooted. My dock come right up!

Thank you very much. :)
