Does your system boot from other bootable CD/DVD's (e.g. Windows installation CD)?

Setting DVD to primary master sounds a little strange to me. Usually you need to change the bootorder to boot from CD/DVD first.

I guess you are talking about SUSE 9.3 LiveDVD? Have a look at the DVD under Windows. What do you find on it? Maybe you bought some crap.

Primary Master? I don't thing that's the right thing to do.
Don't change these. Just change the boot sequence from the bios.
My motherboard also supports pressing F8 when you see the bios screen and there is a list of all drives to choose where to boot from. Try it too.

Your DVD looks OK, however does the presence of these files not ensure that the DVD is bootable. I suggest you try the DVD in someone elses computer to see if it boots. Also, you may want to have a look in your bios settings again to check for the correct bootsequence.
