how to login to plesk panel as a client ?

Hi guys,

I know this is probably a dumb question for you guys but I am new to plesk panel.
I wanted to know, how a client can access his account on the plesk panel?
I know in whm/cpanel client's use cpanel to access their own client area. What about the plesk panel?

When I go to http://domain.com:8443 as a client
and enter xyz as user and password then it doesn't work. Though the username and password are correct.

Any help ?

"doesn't work" is not helpful. What is the exact error message that you get? And what is in the logs?

Also, shouldn't it be https://domain.com:8443?

This is a question best answered by your hosting service provider.

I get the error that "username and or password incorrect"..

Any clue ?

The client and root both uses the same link as https://domain.com:8443 to login ?

Consult the provider of Plesk.
