How-to list contents of text file in alphabetical order?
 

Hi,
I have a text file with ca. 3000 name entries. I want to list them in alphabetical order.
Is there any way i can do this via text editor or bash command/script so that i don't have to manually go through all the names in the list?

sort does the trick
