How to kill a determinated program when the computer is in use?

Hello I would like to run a killall 'program' when a user starts working in the computer, when the mouse stars moving or the keyboard is touched.
I thoughted about using the screensaver as a launcher of the killall, żdo you know any software that could do this?

Thanks in advance.

What?

I am working in a proyect that can use this type of implementation. The 'program' is a 'xm shutdown'.
But it's ok, implementing a wrapper on the screensaver allows me to do this.

Thanks!
