@nayefaldauis use genscen.tcl on mit/UAMPS/sim
@viethd92 just change value opt(sig_size) on uamps.tcl
@rockben u must call c++ on leach, so many file cc on there like energy.cc channel.cc and etc.

pegasis.out for 100 nodes

Hi​ freinds,​

What do you think of this résulat pegasis.out knowing that I simulated 100 stationary nodes on a field of 100 * 100 by ns2​ for BS(50,175).​

​Please tell me is that these measurements are correct for leach protocols, leach-c and PEGASIS if the BS is in position (50.175) on a field of 100 * 100 in the figure attached.

You can use the package provided by Mr Kundfl for ubuntu 10.xy.
It's available in this forum, you can upload it.

how to add rca in leach

hello sir ,
i have successfully simulated Leach via mannsim on ns2.35. trace file is also generated. now the problem with the trace file is that it is not showing rca in the trace format.
pl. help what should i change in the cmu-trace file.
my trace file is looking as shown below.

in this graphe,i measured the number of nodes depending the Average energy consumption for leach, leach-c and pegasis.



On the other hand, ​can you ​send me the awk script for to calculate energy dissipation ,throughput, PDR and end to end delay from leach.tr and pegasis.tr.

​I tested the awk script from web, it gave no result.​

i dont know about awk, i have try many awk but no result too.

how about cluster? how much u set cluster for every simulation with different node.....
and , are you sure when CH dies then the member does not transmit data to the CH?

For pegasis =====> Cluster = 1
I change the number of nodes after each simulation time.
For each time simulation, the data is sent to BS.

for calculate enrergy consumption,i extarct it from pegasis.energy by excel.

Then I calculated the formula Average energy by : 1 / N (total energy intitiaux - amount end energy)
