And did you try to look for this?? If you hit Google and typed in "mplayer", the first link that comes up is the mplayer website, where you can download it. You can even read the installation instructions there too.
And you can look here, on this very site, where this question has been asked before, like this thread:

You can also try to type in "yum install mplayer" as root.
