How to Install Xine From ISO Files

I am having Mandrake 10.0 and had Xine as installed.

Due to some problem in that I uninstalled it --need not to say from Mandrake control center
(i.e.For KDE Desktop :StartMenu->System-->Configure -->Configure your computer -->Software management-->Remove
.....).

Now I again want to install it.

Can I do so from ISO files of the original CDs. As My CDs are missing and i m getting an ISO file of the CDs.

If yes...Can you guide me how to do so.

1. become root
2. mount your iso images somewhere (like /mnt/cdrom):
Code:
mount <path_to_the_image> /mnt/cdrom -o loop
3. make your package manager index the directory /mnt/cdrom (by adding the directories to the repository - mandrake package manager.)

You may mount all three (or four?) ISOs to /mnt/cdrom1, cdrom2, cdrom3 (cdrom4) and index them sequentially in order to get rid of "Please insert disk X into /mnt/cdrom" messages".
