A last thought on why wifi might not be working.
Sometimes the wrong driver for the wifi card or the ethernet card will load first causing the device not to work.

If you have found a solution to the issue than yes you can mark your thread solved.

Go to the button that says "thread tools" you should get a drop down menu and just click on mark thread solved.-

I found another means other than Kali Linux. And not with VirtualBox. The roblem was circumvented, not solved as stated. The Ethernet cord was conected for this and always is for massive update-like proscesses, or just to be online anyways because i have to make a new post regarding making a wifi driver. Again, Thanks.
