I'm trying to install TCL for using "amsn"

I downloaded TCL and extracted tcl8.4.5-src.tar.gz. It made a folder named tcl8.4.5-src

Then I run configure and get this output..

It cannot fond the C compiler. Do you have gcc installed? Try:
rpm -qi gcc
to see if you have the C compiler installed.
