How to install rsvg for wine doors?

Hi! I am trying to install wine-doors, but it needs rsvg installed. I can't find any information on what rsvg is or how to install it, though. How do I install rsvg and what is it?
I am using Fedora 7 KDE.

Thanks!

rsvg is an svg image rendering library. It should be available in your distro. On Debian the package name is librsvg2-2, but the name is probably a bit different on Fedora.
