how to install perl with SUIDPERL enabled

Hope someone can help me.

I need to install perl with SUIDPERL enabled.
When I install perl from Yast, SUIDPERL is disabled by default.
How can install Perl with SUIDPERL enabled on Suse 10?

I'll get the foolowing error when testing qmail-scanner:

Sending eicar test virus - should be caught by perlscanner module...
qmail-inject: fatal: qq temporary problem (#4.3.0)
Bad error. qmail-inject died

Please help.

I solved it by chmod 4755 /var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl
