Check the Oracle website for recommended versions and the "free for personal use" version of Oracle.

Sometimes you've gotta do your own research ;)

Which Linux distribution I must choose for installing ORACLE from CDs ?
because not every distro I can do that.

why can't you? All of the major distros can mount cds. If you can mount the cds, then you can read the readme/install files. Usually with these big ticket software programs, the readme files are pretty specific and come with good install and setup documentation - better than most people can explain.
