For my study,I need to install ns-allinone-2.1b9a, I install it in Ubuntu 10.10, i reference to some installation experiences, but there is still some mistake, "Syntax error: Underminated quoted string. tcl8.3.2 configuration failed! Exiting ...tcl is not part of the ns project" What should I do?
