How to install no ip client side correctly.

anyone know how to install and configure no ip client side correctly? ive already install it in my /usr folder but ive no idea how make it auto run when the os boot up. and how to check whelther no ip client side what connected or not? Btw im using RH4 enterprise. Thank You.
