How to install linux without a CD-ROM?
I searched the forums and I have found some information here, but not exactly what I need. I suppose it is possible to insert the cd in a CD-ROM on a computer which I am in network with and boot from it, right? The question is how... I just need a few hints or links, because I couldn't find any useful information on the web.
I suppose it doesn't matter which distribution I try to install, but I would like to install FreeBSD, if it does matter. Thank you. |

Not sure if that will work. But it appears there's an option for ftp install which you could boot from a floppy. |
