Smile how to install libodbc++ and unixODBC on RedHat7.3 and RedHat9?

Hello friends

I want to use libodbc++ library in my C++ program.
I need to run my program on both RedHat7.3 and RedHat 9.
I know that I should also install unixODBC.
can you guide me which versions of these two packages should be installed on RedHat7.3 and which versions on RedHat 9?

Thank you in advance
