how to install gcc-4.8.3 offline?

hi to all,
I have installed centos 6.4 on my desktop PC. Now I have no internet connection. I've downloaded gcc-4.8.3 recently but it requires some prerequisites. I've downloaded these from cybercafe. now how can I install gcc-4.8.3? Please somebody guide me.

Put all the files in a directory and use rpm

rpm -ivh gcc-4.8.3-xxxxx.rpm file.rpm file.rpm file.rpm

if it asks for file2.rpm then add it to the list until it stops asking and installs.

You could use a for loop but then if a file is not required then that would be installed also.

you are going to have many almost unsolvable problems getting gcc 4.8 built on CentOS 6.5
it would be VERY difficult if you had a network connection and almost impossible with out

the DEFAULT version of gcc that centos 6.5 is built on and uses is 4.4
getting 4.8 to build will require you to build a "ghost" operating system that is newer that centos 6.5

if you MUST!! 100% must use 4.8
install Fedora 19
or for gcc 4.9 install fedora 20
