How to install gcc 3.3.3 on fedora core 1


Hi,
I have installed fedora core 1 and the gcc version is 3.3.2 and I want to upgrade to 3.3.3.Can someone please give me the instructions?

Welcome to LQ,

Wow, fedora core 1! This OS version is extremely old in terms of software. I can't think of any good reason to use core 1 over ANY newer release. There's probably not many people here who can help with something that old. For this reason, and more many more problems you will run into in the future, I highly recommend upgrading to a newer version (like core 5).

But if you insist, I can help find out how to do this.

I upgraded to fedora core 3 and the gcc version on it is 3.4.2.I am using a third party software and for some reason,it only compiles with either gcc version 3.3.3 or 4.0.I need some help in changing the gcc version.
