Is there a question here??? You posted pictures that *TELL YOU* how to perform the installation...did you do what was suggested???

Read the "Question Guidelines" link in my posting signature; you need to provide details, such as version/distro of Linux, what you've done/tried so far, and you need to do basic research first (and it appears you have). Since you looked up the installation instructions, not sure what else you need other than to perform the steps.

Depending on your Ubuntu (or what distro you have) you may need to enable a new repo.

If you know how to use "snaps" then that is listed as last mention in link. Snaps act quite differently that what you may think of as an installed program.
