? you mean that you try to access a host using the application putty with an specified protocol mostly ssh.
And on that host you want to run a bin file?
If my summary is correct then for e.g.

root@host:>cd fearserver
root@host:fearserver/:fearserver.bin

you would issue the command from within the folder like

./fearserver.bin
