Smile how to install beryl on kde desktop

hi..Im new to linux and i like it. but also i want to have a 3d desktop or 3d switcher on my kde environment. i already download beryl packages but i dont know how to do with it. thanks

Hi and welcome to LQ.

What Linux distribution are you using? Can you please put it in your profile because this helps you get distribution specific answers. It could be that your distribution includes beryl in their software repositories, so using your distributions package manager maybe ideal.

Im using ubuntu 7.10 gutsy and switching between KDE4 and gnome.
