How to Install afconvert on fedora

Can anybody give me a good documentation for installing afconvert on fedora ? I have already tried it through yum.

yum install afftools

But the lots of command options (like -f -d) for the command afconvert are missing. Can anybody tell me the correct method for installing this..?

I need this command to convert .caf files to .mp3 or .wmv. Or is there any other command line tools to do this conversion ?

what repos do you have installed ?
did you search the installed repos to see IF it was there ?
