how to I close screen when i'm done?

I have 3 screen that I accidently opened that I do not need.

screen -list
There are screens on:
2536.steam (Detached)
23621.pts-0.linuxbox (Detached)
23650.pts-0.linuxbox (Detached)
23824.pts-0.linuxbox (Detached)
4 Sockets in /tmp/uscreens/S-ziglaptop.

do I just go into reattach that screen and type exit or is there some other way?

There probably are other ways, but yes, that's the way I do it: Reattach, then type exit.
