How to get the Version Informtion

I am new to Linux.
I have a machine with Red Hat Linux installed, but how to know which one of the following is installed:

Red Hat Advanced Server
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Advanced Server Itanium
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Advanced Server x86-64 (AMD Opetron Architecture)
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Workstation

How to get the information, how to know which version is used.

Thanx
