How to get mandrake to use wlan0 ?

Hi,
Im trying to get my WUSB11 linksys wireless usb adapter to work with mandrake, and i've successfully installed drivers (under ifconfig it displays wlan0 as broadcasting fine, receiving and transmitting packets perfectly with my router)
unfortunately I'm a bit of a noob (just tried linux two days ago) and I don't know how to get this "wlan0" device working outside of terminal (aka letting me browse the internet) any help on how to get this interfacing with mandrake would be greatly appreciated.
thanks

ben
