how to format ntfs to ext3 in fc3


hai
I want to remove my windows so i want to format that partition as ext3 but the partion is in ntfs so i couldnot mount it. Neone plzz tell me how to format it

if you want it gone, and reformatted, why then are you trying to mount it?

I would blow away the NTFS partition using fdisk. To then lay down the ext3 filesystem, read about mkfs.
