I just found this link from google.

Edit /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf as the root user. Configure the Listen option so it lists a port that is not configured in SELinux policy configuration for httpd. In this example, httpd is configured to listen on port 12345
How do i find the port which is not configured in SELinux policy?

I just deleted the download phpmyadmin folder, now i used yum again to install. It is working

RESOLVED - phpmyadmin not showing on Ubuntu 12.04

this did it for me :

sudo ln -s /etc/phpmyadmin/apache.conf /etc/apache2/conf.d/phpmyadmin.conf
sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 reload
