How to find out which driver card uses?

Hi, linux people, I need to know which driver my ethernet card uses.
And of course where to find sources on this card.
Btw. I compiled a kernel from full sources, So I have the matter of question on my comp. The most important question is how to locate them
in sources and to compile. I like to see how it works, actually.
thanks.

You could us a command like:
Code:
lspci | grep Ethernet
It will get you the chip model for the card. Then you can go into the kernel configuration section for network cards and find which driver matches it by reading the descriptions. Googling for the chip model along with Linux usually works too.
