how to extract *.tz file

hi all,

i just got one package in the form of "*.tz" file.

I am not to find anything to extract this file, even the google GOD surrendered.

plz help!

Use this:

zcat | tar xvf -

GNU tar can extract archived files. The command:

tar -xvf

would be sufficient.
