Exclamation How to export mails and addressbook form Netscape 6 or 7

Hi to everyone,

The problem is this, I found the direcory where are stored emails but Netscape Mail doesn't have an integrated tool to import these files, morever I can't find a tool to export these data from a working Netscape.
Can someone help me?
