how to export bookmarks in Epiphany?
 
is there a way to export bookmarks out of Epiphany. or is there a directory/file on the disk that they are saved to that i can copy them from?

Sure.

bookmarks --> edit bookmarks
<popup>
file --> export bookmarks.

Save as HTML and you can import into pretty much any other browser.
